Our approach is direct: assess what exists, identify what matters, and build solutions that work in practice. We do not sell frameworks for the sake of frameworks. Every engagement is grounded in operational reality and calibrated to the risk profile of the organization.

Who we are

MVCS ApS (CVR: DK-45438392) operates the website mvcs.dk and publishes software under the MVCS brand on Apple iOS, Apple macOS, and Google Android. We are the data controller for the personal data processed through the website, business correspondence, and the applications we publish.

What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide directly to us, for example when you contact us by email. This may include your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools on this website.

How we use your data

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our business relationship with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you contact us, and on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in managing business communications.

Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Email correspondence is typically retained for up to 5 years in accordance with Danish accounting rules.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. We do not place any cookies on your device that identify you or track your behaviour across sessions or sites. No cookie consent is required as a result.

Applications we publish (iOS, macOS, Android)

Unless stated otherwise on a product's own privacy page, every application MVCS ApS publishes, whether distributed via the Apple App Store, Mac App Store, Google Play Store, or otherwise, operates under the same principles: no personal data is collected, stored, transmitted, or shared by the app. All processing happens on your device. Our apps have no network permissions, no analytics, no crash reporting, no accounts, and no third-party SDKs, and they do not integrate with Apple, Google, or any other advertising or attribution services. Where an app writes sensitive content to the system clipboard, that content is marked sensitive and is set to auto-expire after 60 seconds (via UIPasteboard / NSPasteboard on Apple platforms, and via ClipboardManager with the EXTRA_IS_SENSITIVE flag on Android). Where an Apple or Google platform requires a store-side privacy disclosure (such as the Apple "Privacy Nutrition Label" or the Google Play "Data safety" section), those disclosures are kept consistent with this policy. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (www.datatilsynet.dk).

Acceptance

By accessing mvcs.dk, or by downloading or using any application MVCS ApS publishes on Apple iOS, Apple macOS, or Google Android, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the applications.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our applications, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of MVCS ApS and is protected by Danish and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer any content or application without prior written permission, except to the extent such rights cannot be lawfully restricted.

Licence (applications)

MVCS ApS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our applications on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the platform on which the application is distributed (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for the Apple App Store and Mac App Store, and the Google Play Terms of Service for Google Play). Where these terms conflict with the applicable platform terms in a way that the platform requires to prevail, the platform terms prevail to that extent.

No warranty

The website and our applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MVCS ApS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

MVCS ApS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or any application we publish, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Apple and Google as third-party beneficiaries

For applications distributed via the Apple App Store or Mac App Store, you and MVCS ApS acknowledge that these terms are between you and MVCS ApS only, and not with Apple Inc.; Apple is not responsible for the application or its content, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. For applications distributed via Google Play, Google Play's terms apply in addition to these terms, and Google is not a party to these terms.

This website and our applications may contain links to third-party websites or services. MVCS ApS has no control over those sites or services and accepts no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
